Swift Wheels Cars (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing transparent and fair refund policies for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for bookings or services.

1. Cancellations by Customer

  • Before Pickup: Customers can cancel their booking before the scheduled pick-up time. Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and cancellation notice:
    • More than 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.
    • 24–48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund of the rental amount.
    • Less than 24 hours before pick-up: No refund.
  • No-Show: If a customer fails to pick up the vehicle without prior notice, the booking amount may not be refunded.

2. Cancellations by Swift Wheels Cars

  • If we are unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues), you will receive a full refund of the paid amount or a replacement vehicle of equivalent value.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider but generally takes 3–7 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Refunds for early returns, changes in rental duration, or additional services will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the original booking terms.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Any fees related to optional add-ons, insurance, or third-party services that are non-refundable at the time of booking will not be included in the refund.
